Hi, so I ported my number over from 2degrees last night and it's done now, but when i went to log into my vodafone it just came up with an error and asked me to call 777, witch i did.

The first lady reset my password, but that wasn't the problem because I could still log in, it would appear as if my new 2degrees number hasn't been added to the account and the old one simply left there.

Then when i couldn't get it to work I called back again, this time the man asked me for my PIN, witch i gave him the pin i set up when i first got the sim card, apparently i gave him the wrong pin number, so that mustve been changed too.

He said he'd delete everything assosiated with my account so that i could try and re-register with my slingshot Email address, but it still won't work.

I'm no expert, but what i THINK needs to happen here is someone needs to register my new 2degrees number onto my account manually, because the system just seems to hate me :(
