I have had this error for some weeks now.

It says - The server name or address could not be resolved.

I thought it was my password was wrong so I tried a few diff passwords.  The wrong password one says Please check your login and/or password.  This one now I am using doesn't say that.  It just says The server name or address could not be resolved.  The web meter off the TC site still works.  Anyone know about this Traffic Usage Checker?

Cheers ..

TUC is working fine for me. I have v1.87 & it last updated my usage at 3.07pm

Edit: I'm also with TelstraClear. On their cable network

Works for me on TelstraClear (and Woosh) using version 1.87. Make sure you are using this latest version. Also make sure the Account id field is empty.

Hi rayonline. I'm posting this as a customer and not as a TelstraClear staff member as we can't endorse any particular software. However, I personally do use TUC.

Check that you have the latest version (as others have noted). Also, try using your account number as 'Username', make sure that 'TelstraClear' is in the drop-down box, and leave the Account id blank. That works for me.

Cheers, Gary

Cheers :-)

Updated the version and worked instantly. Didn't need to use the account number.
I had 1.86 before.
