So a question re the T-Box since I haven't got one yet. I seem to recall that with MySky (or at least the earlier versions), one used to lose all your recordings if the power went out etc.

Is that the case with the T-Box or do recordings persist even during sustained power outages?

(Or am I crazy and that was never an issue even with MySky Laughing )

I have had the PVR for over a month now. I think I have had at least one outage due to the earthquake plus I have turned the box on and off.

All recordings are still there. Mine is not showing free space anymore but that is a bug I have been working with the feedback group on.

I noticed this on both our T-Boxes as well... could be the lastest firmware not reporting the free space.

Oh. Yeah could be. The software was updated late last week and it hung my box badly. Needed 2 reboots to fix and no free space shown since.

I use the Tbox with a house backfeed so it sits in the planner when the show ends (the show plays out when I watch it in bed). As the box updates overnight when you leave it in the planner instead it cant do this and ends up doing "updating" when u exit the planner. I had brought this up in feedback as when it is "updating" you cannot change channels. I thought the no space was related to that and the bugged last software install but maybe not.

I'm in the beta-testing group as well (nearly a month now) but when my box was installed it was the first one the guys had done and they forgot to leave me all the info about giving feedback etc. I finally got the correct phone number last week and rang to report the same bug re not showing how much free space I've got left. The person I talked to was surprised I didn't know about the feedback group and was going to send me the info but it hasn't arrived yet. Is there a website/email that I can use? I'm also having problems with my 'series link' recordings doubling up since daylight saving started yesterday and would like to sort it out.
