I have put up with the TBox problems for the last year but the icing on the cake is it appears I have been overcharged for the service for the last year i.e. $50 for the sky digital package instead of around $36. ARRGGGHHHHH, looking forward to them calling me back with their excuse on that one (if they ever call back).
Just seen your posting in regards pricing and decided to check my TelstraClear invoice.
I paid $499 upfront for the T-Box so that I wouldn’t need to pay a monthly rental bill. Looking at the invoice it shows the I’m paying $49.81 a month for the “Digital TV” does this mean I’m paying the rental charge even though I paid the $499 upfront payment?
