Topic # 87133 20-Jul-2011 16:38 Send private message

The first letter in the listings on the Planning/Schedule display are being cut off. Is this a problem with my T/Box or a fault with my LCD TV. It has only been evident recently. Any help to correct this annoying problem would be welcome. Thanks.
I am having a problem uploading the image. It refers to the image being in the Gallery.?

Connected via HDMI?

Check that your LCD is set to 'Full', 'Fullscreen' or '16:9'

Possibly you've accidentally pressed the aspect ratio button on it's remote.

Also, confirm that your T-Box is set to 16:9 (which is is set to by default).

Thanks for your reply.
I presume connected via HDMI. It was done by the Telestra technician and was originally ok.
LCD is on Fullscreen and the T/Box hasn't been altered and is still on 16:9.
Anything else I can try.?

It would be good if you can confirm you are viewing via HDMI

What other aspect ratios does your tv list? And what make/model?

I can confirm that I am viewing via HDMI.
It appears that the TV only has 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratios. It has, Wide Zoom, Normal, Full, and Zoom
options but none of these positions fix the problem.
The TV is a Sony Bravia KLV-32V200A.
This problem has only just become evident and that is why I am not sure if it can be fixed via the
TV or the T/Box.

Odd.. Tv should be set-to 16:9 Full.

If this makes no difference can you post a photo?

There's been no changes made to software since April.

I am having difficulty posting an Image and this is the first forum I have had that trouble.
I get to the stage where it says upload this file, which I do. It then says, see in Gellery but I
can't see any Gallery or any sign of the Image. It must be old age. LOL.
