Over the past few hours my ASUS laptop has been crashing about every 30 minutes with this message:

The laptop then re-boots itself and I get an error message saying : "Server Busy. This action cannot completed because the other program is busy. Choose "Switch to" to activate the busy program and correct the problem".

The 'switch to" does not seem to work but the error message goes away after 30-45 seconds and everything seems OK until the next crash.

I have no idea what is going on here or how to fix it and would welcome advice. Thanks.

Yep - I am running NOD32. I have run your google search and can see a lot of people who seem to have had this problem but I do not understand what I should do now. Would welcome further advice.

Are you running the latest version? If not, update it. If you don't have a newer version available, uninstall it - install Microsoft Windows Security Essentials (free) and you will be as good.
