I have the latest release of IE10 preview on my Windows 7 PC  dated 13-NOV-2012

Download IE10 for Windows 7 from Microsoft

For those that still have an old preview version of IE10 on their Window 7 PC you can follow the download link from the last IE10 preview browser.

The new IE10 preview does replace any existing IE9 web browser on your system as it is not a standalone web browser like the past IE10 preview which could be tested alongside IE9.

Can you update this to the RTM later, or will have to uninstall?

Hmmm. Not a big fan already: it broke a couple of AJAX heavy management sites we use for system monitoring, as well as LastPass being a pain in IE.

Sticking with Chrome for now.

I take that it can't be installed alongside with IE9.

chiefie: I take that it can't be installed alongside with IE9.

Not when one just does a download and install as an end user.

It gave me no options, I rebooted my system and my old IE9 'icon' was IE10.

I 'myself' would not install IE10 in a Windows 7/Windows server 2008 production environment until it is in GA(General Availability).

IE10 on a Windows 7 environment is still a RC(Release Candidate) [In my book]

I don't use IE anyway other than writing/coding backward compatibility for it [sigh].
