These self deprecating ads are becoming more common, as it is supposed to show a human side to them. But it is just a marketing. Is IE10 any better than 9, which is terrible as it breaks if you have older adobe fonts installed on the PC. I know you need to have a gold membership for it to work on the xbox which shows that it does still indeed suck.

I don't think I've ever seen an company advert that states it's product specifically sucks less :) I had a good laugh about that.
