Hey guys the time on my mac running mountain Lion keeps failing it runs fine until I put it to sleep and then when I go on it I notice the time hasn't changed to the new time (I have been on my laptop for a hour and it still said 5.00 even though it was 8:41)

I have to open up the time settings in the system preferences app and then it changes, its kind of annoying :-P

Can you switch from analog to digital without needing to go into preferences?

What version are you running (have you installed the latest updates)? What type of Mac is it? How is it connected to the internet? Are you using the internet to set the time?
