Do you you guys normally do with these. They hold no value to me now, Trademe $1 reserve didn't get rid of them. Would libraries take them?

Seems terrible to just take them to the dump.

Yep - recycle bin. It is a shame, but no one wants em. Libraries won't take them, and if they do they'll dump them fairly quickly as they won't get taken out/used.

My boss is convinced the library will take all our old A+/MCSE books (some never used).... keep telling him they wont but he holds onto them to take to the library...

Be lucky if they want them as well.... those op shops seem to be really picky about what they take these days, if its over 5 years old theyre generally not interested...

Maybe it depends on the operator. Salvation Army appear to have a policy of accepting anything and everything in working order. I dropped off a ton of assorted books etc just recently.
