So I wasnt quite sure where to put this as there was no music section under Entertainment, but anyway:
The other week, I was driving home and I always plug my iPhone in and play music through the car with spotfiy, on occasion it will log me out but i just hit log in with facebook and it works again, but that day was different.

Kept giving me various errors and refusing to log me in with both facebook and spotify manual log in. So waited until I got home and tried it on my MacBook and my windows 7 laptop, both did the same thing, refused to let me in.

So I fired an email off to spotify support, asking why this happened, and this is when I noticed it wouldnt let me log in to the spotify website either, obvisouly an account issue.

They replied the next day, asking to try this CS testing account, which had spotify premium on it, so logged into that and it worked fine and told them this, they never replied. So I've been using this account for the last 2 weeks because my one is no longer working at all. But I want my one back. Its very annoying. I've tweeted @spotifycares and got responses saying their payments team will be in touch soon, that was last week. No one is replying to anything and Im just left in the dark to why they've done this. They gave me absolutely no warning or anything, just shut the account down.

Anyone else experienced this? I've paid the account on time every month, they just deduct it straight off my Debit Card so it cant be that.

What could I do here? They dont have any special NZ contact (building to visit, number to ring etc.)

thanks in advance,
-Sam

Given that they're based in Sweden, it's not surprising that there's no local representation.

They do appear to read their forums, might be worth trying a post on there. There may be others with the same issue.

Have they continued to charge your credit card?

"You are" = "You're" - Not "Your".  "They are" = "They're" - Not "Their" or "There".  You probably mean "lose" not "loose".  There's no such word as "Alot".

On the internet, wasting time, since '89.

They charged it a few days before they shut the account down. Hasn't happened since but it's not been a month since then

Possibly contact your bank for a charge back if you haven't received the service you paid for, and they aren't replying? The support from some of these companies is very poor.

I'm considering that, but I'm not sure if I should, I have been using the test account for that time though. If they dont fix it by the end of the billing month I will be contacting the bank if they try to charge it again.
