We have some Moo cards sets to giveaway to three Geekzone users. Those are very high quality business cards and the winners can select either their own uploaded custom design or existing templates.

Each prize kit is a choice of either 100 Classic Business Cards or 200 MiniCards. Prize includes shipping anywhere in the world.

Custom designs can use their "printfinity" technology, uploading up to 50 designs for their set of cards, meaning you can really diversify your business card pack!

To enter the draw:
  • Reply here with what is your business, or how many business cards you go through in an year, or anything interesting about your work.
  • If you upload and post an image with your reply you get two entries in the draw. The image should be your current business card (blank out details if you want).
Competition closes Friday 25th January. We will contact winners via PM and ask for address (the gift code will be enough for the cards and shipping for each winner). Previously banned users are not entitled to prize. Reply for entries only, no discussion in this thread.

I am a NZ Sign Language interpreter and the ultimate procrastinator. 18 years on and I still haven't got around to get cards printed. Maybe getting some for free might motivate me to get it done - or not.

Hi - I'm a freelance commercial photographer and have a pretty straight type-only card at the moment. Multi image cards would certainly be great to hand out to prospective clients.

Cheers,
Mike

I have recently started a new business selling digital CCTV equipment to homes and businesses. Business cards would be great to hand out to clients :-)

Brilliant. Ever since I unceremoniously tipped over a cup of coffee which then poured into my drawer with my  business cards in it I've been meaning to replace them. This would be just the ticket :)

I would love to get those business cards made up that tell people how terrible their parking is for people who park over multiple car parks or maybe a batch of cards complimenting people on how awesome they are and then just give them out to random people looking down and out.

Currently purchased 250 cards, have about half left - had them for about 4-5 months.

Do some software development outside of my day job - mostly in the mobile space (iOS, Android, Windows Metro, Blackberry) plus an on-going client for .Net web development.

These Moo cards are cool! :)

I always thought cards should be more graphical. Why not tell a story?

We probably go through a limited number, maybe 50-100, p.a. Both the boat and the website provide or support incomes.

Printfinity looks like a nice solution to the problem of having to define yourself in a single role regardless of the context. Card for every occasion.

I have two businesses, Beegle Ltd and Sam's Dog Rules.  For this competition though I think it would be great to let you guys know about Sam's Dog Rules.

There are four of us in the business and over the past year we have seen around 8,000 children and taught them how to interact safely with dogs.  In the process we have also helped a lot of children overcome a fear of dogs and helped teachers/children learn to interact with each other in a better way.   We do this in small groups of children and use a real live dog called Sam who is amazingly gentle and has a 'magic' tail that helps the kids overcome their fears.  It's really amazing watching a child go from absolute terror due to their fear of dogs, to sitting and playing happily with Sam.  Sam loves it as well as he gets lots of attention, strokes and cuddles.  :)

We don't earn any money at the moment from doing this as we work on a donations basis which pretty much covers our costs.   We had a fundraiser recently which helped us raise some money and this has been put aside to cover the costs of transferring our domain name and printing new business cards (as we're just about out).

We are in the process of expanding our business to try and make some money from it so that we can continue to offer the free service to schools and communities who request it.   We are expanding to create online courses, e-books, dvds and corporate courses.   We also offer free advice and columns on our blog so that anyone who needs help can obtain it.

Please check out our website for more info - http://www.samsdogrules.com

Cheers,
Amanda

I do a wide range of work from IT to caring for a friend plus a heavy voluntary workload. My working life is rather anonymous and most contact is electronic but business cards are useful for outside of business.

I am involved in running a whisky appreication club called Whiskymen New Zealand. Business cards would be a great tool for us to hand out to people who are interested in joining.

Doctor, IT related work, and Director.

Have been using Vistaprint for cards in the past but winning these would be great as they look interesting.

Software development, pretty much. Currently, I don't have business cards - don't really do much in terms of physical presence but I hope to change that a bit this year.

Would be good to finally have a business expense that doesn't get paid out of my salary for a change.
