At last saw The Hangover on the flight over to AU. Seriously folks, I didn't laugh once. British comedy is so much better.

Talking about British, on the way back watched Peter's Friends. That was a good one. Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie & co...

Inglourious Basterds is 9/10. Brilliant typical Tarantino movie.

I rented IP Man, which is a movie about Bruce Lee's teacher and his life throughout the Japanese occupation of China. Good movie, action was great. 8/10!

UP = I enjoyed this one. Excellent animation, the story was slow but I did not care. Solid 7/10

The Outsiders = With the death of Patrick Swayze I went and picked up a couple of movies he was in. I had not seen this one but did remeber one scene which I had seen on TV years ago so I was not sure what to expect. This movie was a pleasent surprise. It was very good quality picture wise and a very good watch. Directed by Francis Ford Coppola (Godfather Series) he presented a strong story with great Direction. Funny seeing the actors of today when they were young but they all did good jobs and dipicted the charactors well. 8/10.

Body/Antibody (Rialto Channel)

6.5/10... very tense, and darkly funny.

Kip Polyard is an obsessive-compulsive shut-in whose antiseptic world is invaded by Celine, the beautiful seductress who moves in next door to Kip's rent-controlled Manhattan apartment. Kip and Celine begin a tentative love affair that turns passionate and then deadly, as Celine's secrets turn Kip's perfectly organized life upside-down.

Watched Hero for the secod time. Extreme coreography on fight scenes, quite cool colours, good story...

I've been seeing Underworld (Underworld, Underworld: Evolution, Underworld: Rise of the Lycans) on iTunes and thinking of watching those. Each of the three movies got an average 6.7 on IMDB, which is not bad. It just happens there was one on TV tonight, but I rather get the movie and watch in one go. Might do it during the week.

Also saw Priceless this week. Not a bad story but the main female character is bad, bad... I give the movie 5/10.

The FInal Destination : 3D : Movie was predicatble really as its been done 3x before but still watchable just for the gore. The 3D was very good. 6/10

As a bonus (well, partial for me cause I came in a little late) was that they had the 3D trailer for Avatar playing :D Looked damn impressive.

Fame - Lame is what the babysitter said before we went to this one.

Well it was lame, no depth to the characters and the story ambled along to the usual conclusion, although not much of a story either, nothing new or inspiring added to what was a very good original movie and series. I thought it would have been a lot better.

The Auteur. A funny indie movie about a porn director who wants to restore his career. Lots of (faux) sex scenes, funny porn flick names based on actual mainstream movies, and a lot of bad words.
