How do the DSE online store handle warranty returns.   Can't find any details on the website about warranty returns from online store.   Can I go to my local store and they process it or do I have to contact the online store department?

Anybody have any experience with this before?

just walk into a local dse store with the product and receipt and you'll be sorted.

No you will not get your postage back. But why would you? You are asking for a warranty repair/replace/refund. The only time you would get postage back is if the goods were faulty upon receipt, damaged, or just plain wrong.
