You'd assume so, looks like he has a history of violent rhetoric http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vladimir_Zhirinovsky some people just should not be in his position, pretty scary stuff.

I'd put him in the same basket as Harold Camping who is happy to see the world's sinners destroyed starting on 21 May. He's just predicting Russia will do the same later. No difference really - fortunately both prophets will fail.
