Hi,
Step daughters  Samsung Washing machine (3 years old?) seems to have developed a fault in the cold water inlet solenoid.
Buzzes but no water coming into machine. Have checked the hoses etc and made sure the inlet filter isnt blocked.

Anyone know if there is a company that sells parts for Samsung washine machines (preferably in Auckland) - Surely it cant be too hard to replace?

Could be still under warrenty. If not it could still be covered by the CGA. You can also get parts from either the manufacturer or a service provider for samsung.

Thanks for that Mattwnz,
Probably pushing it a bit for the CGA I suspect - but I have discovered the Samsung Customer Service Plaza since posting. http://www.sscnz.co.nz/
Might give them a try.

Thanks
Robert
