So I'm updating the work shirts and everything I like seems to be french cuffed.

Can anyone recommend a good source of cufflinks, preferably double sided ones?  I'm in Otago and get up to Auckland fairly often, but would equally be happy with an online retailer.

TIA :)

This is a shameless free plug for a mate, but if you find yourself in Auckland, talk to Jon at suits on Broadway.

Not cheap, but a great quality range and excellent staff.

Thanks, I never would've thought of looking there.   No double sided but quite a few options.

I'll try and get there the next time I"m up.  A wander through Newmarket is probably a good idea anyway - double sided cufflinks are proving very hard to find.

Ebay and Amazon seem to be the best option so far and it seems trawling through antique shops might also be useful.

Or I might just stick to the single sided ones I have :P

There's a store i passed the other day on High Street, next to De Brett's (in Auckland City): they had a fantastic range of cufflinks in the window - unsure if any were double-sided, though. I only ever wear single-sided ones.

Being a geek you could make your own:

Nuts and bolts (doublesided) add some washers and polish them up for a fancy look.

Or you could buy the tie part and make some, ideas for the display part include:

keyboard keys (Initials, Apple key, Ctrl keys, Windows keys etc)
leds
lego (I have some black ones)

Just hot glue them to the tie down.

other random stuff, oucld be done as long as they are gluable and about the right size. You could even make some out of wood.
