$100 to whoever goes to JB Hi-Fi and grabs me one PS3 160GB ($388) and one Xbox 360 with Kinect ($348) on Boxing Day. I'm not joking.

I'm out of the country at the moment but will be returning on the 18th of Jan and do not want to miss this. :)

I live in Auckland CBD.

I am looking to buy a plasma on boxing day. Specs look good on this. Are you happy with your purchase?

I've always preferred Panasonic for plasmas, but this set has impressed me. After a quick calibration with AVS HD 709, it looks fantastic. Definitely recommend it.

Thanks. Ordered it online. Free delivery ftw!

edit - is the below offer worth it? I need to buy a samsung 3d blu-ray player too. cheapest is $239 at DSE but I don't know if DSE is a participating outlet for this samsung offer. Wonder how much the 2 3D glasses are worth as well. I have a PS3 as well which I know can do 3D very well. If I can get decent 3D glasses for a reasonable price, I suppose I don't have to buy the blu-ray player from samsung.

I don't have the glasses as I don't have a Blu-ray player yet (getting the PS3 now, as you can see from this thread), but if you do want the glasses, I recommend getting them through Amazon, as they're way, way cheaper.

I'd stick with the PS3 for 3D Blu-ray content since you already have it.
