Hi there,

I ordered a box from Pass the Parcel ( www.passtheparcel.co.nz ) on the 28th and it still hasnt arrived. I know it is in a Xmas/New Year period so there is a lot of holidays, but they did say 2 working days.

Has anybody used them before? Good service or what?

Thanks :)

They seem to be a branch of Post haste, so i guess they should be a little decent ?

Pass the Parcel… So, where has it come from?Well, it is a branch of Post Haste Couriers…

Post Haste is a courier company that has spent over three decades at the forefront of the New Zealand courier industry. With over 240 Post Haste couriers servicing 360+ towns and cities in New Zealand, we can deliver your parcels with ease.

And, Post Haste is a company of Freightways…

Which has the security of being not only a NZX 15 listed company, but also one of the largest courier and freight companies in New Zealand that can trace its roots all the way back to 1964. Consisting of Post Haste, NZ Couriers, Castle Parcels, Now Couriers, Sub60, and DX Mail we collectively have over 1700 employees, 1000 contractors, 100 line-haul vehicles, 30 depots, and 5 aircraft. This means that we are able to deliver to 99% of populated New Zealand.

Pass the Parcel…

Pass the Parcel has been created to answer the question of how to get your parcels delivered around New Zealand. We provide a fast, effective, reliable, and transparent solution for parcels you need to send around New Zealand. And it’s perfect for Trade Me users. As traders ourselves, we came to the realisation that things weren’t as easy as they should be when organising how to send a recently sold item. Trade Me shared our view and have helped us design this new courier service.

But it’s not just for Trade Me users. Anyone can take advantage of our simple to use service to send parcels around New Zealand.

By combining cutting edge technology, and our years of experience in the courier industry, we are able to bring cost effective courier services to everyone in New Zealand. No accounts, no bulk purchase of tickets, no travelling to a postage centre*, and no additional surcharge for rural delivery for 2011.

Pass the Parcel. Reliable, convenient and hassle free. The way it should be.

* For qualifying addresses, we will pick-up from your door. Click here to see if you qualify.

I have always found them to be good. But it could just be that time of the year when people are on holiday and less staff
