We are moving away from the Wellington region next week, so will lose access to the Telstra cable network. We were using a Belkin F5D7230-4 wireless router with the TC modem; I've since been given a Dynalink RTA1320 ASDL modem/router.
Can anyone advise me on whether I am able to connect the two together, so essentially use the Dynalink solely as a modem? Can this be done relatively easily, or are there good reasons why I should sell both of these and purchase a single-box modem/router?
I have thought about the benefits of upgrading to an N-router but only 1 of our 3 computers would benefit from this; also thought about the Asus g modem/router with built-in wireless print server. But generally I'd prefer the cheapest and easiest option (if available in the single package!) as I'm returning to study so will be fiscally challenged!
Thanks for any advice.
