Pro's and con's imo:

They seem to have a a lot of enthusiasm and are pressuring established players to reduce prices in dns, hosting and now adsl in NZ.

You should just be aware that HD is a very small young company (compared to established ISP's) and that sometimes in life the old adages apply: eg: "you get what you pay for", pay peanuts get monkeys etc.
