There has been no real advertising and warnings about it that I have seen, apart from one website, and the occasional article and discussion on TV. You would think that these media companies that are going to be complaining to the ISPs would have done some advertising. I think there are going to be some horror stories, and fair go will be full of them.

maybe they all switched over to rapidshare downloads only instead
since its except right? or vpns etc etc

but after all the copyright owner sending out
1000 letters at cost $25 each means
they out of picket $25,000 and they get nothing out of it..
time people get 3 strikes they be millions more in debt
at least its stopped the knee jerk letters they have to be sure they
really want to worry about it

perhaps one day they learn .. better to make the stuff
 available very
cheaply and available across all borders..

then they make more money without silly laws :)

did you read about 23,000 caight downloading a movie from a
private tracker they arehavign problems in usa with the law suit
seems the judge is not happyabout jane does

google torrentfreak law suit

the funny thing is they trying to sue $2000 per person and they make
1/3 of the box office revenue from the movie from the fines

make you wonder how they can justify the high fine for a 2 buck movie
