Yer it'll be interesting to see if anyone starts looking around after their subscription ends because of the lack of discount for existing customers. Personally I still think it's good value at full price.

Well the counter is fixed now at least. wonder if their site will hold up and accept orders once 1am comes around.

Bought mums one ok for her. It says its not valid for current customers so not sure how people were upgrading theirs? I guess they will just cancel it or something

Have any currently subscribed CrashPlan+ customers tried purchasing the discounted 1-year sub offer?
Keen to know if anyone gets all the through, or if some error comes up saying they are ineligible.

I'm logged in to my account, and have added the family plan to my cart, and it is applying the full discount.
Perhaps, I should just go though and try it, since it looks like it will work.

NB: I currently have a month to month 1 computer sub.

Yip. I actually just got the same.
Although, it only came up after I tried using the 'Go Back' button (below the entry fields, not the browser back) to change payment details.

When I first entered the payment details page, the big red error banner didn't appear, and the cart summary on the left had the discount applied like you have.

Looks like it's a no go.

I may as well just get it on a different email address and start again since its only been a week that I have had it.

Edit: or not, as they just replied to my tweet about it. Will leave it till tomorrow ;)
