So, some of you may have seen my issue with trying to pay for Skydrive. Essentially the CSR didn't understand that because I don't live in the UK I couldn't pay in GBP (eventually this was fixed).

Well turns out that the same policy has now been applied to my new lumia 710...I can only access the UK marketplace (and I don't have a UK CC or account).

According to microsoft.com this can't ever be updated and I will need a new windows live ID, ie. I have to give up a hotmail address I have had for ~15 years...

Any thoughts guys?
