Telecom says they're going to have details about the 920 in the next couple of weeks and launch it not long after that.

Couple of weeks before full information, then more time for launch? So early December from the sounds.
Looks like i'm going to mobicity when I get paid next week..

So where did the 22nd come from? Or is that the real date with Telecom not wanting to officially release details yet?

I'm really after a coloured one, my order from Negri Electronics has been pushed way out now until the 29th Nov. I wonder if we do get them here this month if they'll be black only.

Probably what i'll end up going with. (Black)

Which is better, Negri Electronics or mobicity? I've never used either online store before. Both seem to be about the same pricing, but Negri has the availability set for the 29th. Mobicity has dispatched 5-7days.

Black is boring ;)

but I hear it makes you appear slimmer than what you actually are

You can always get a different coloured skin for it, can barely tell the colour underneath

Could this actually mean that VFNZ are in fact planning on launching the Lumia 920?

My contract is nearly up with Vodafone so I am looking at options. Any idea if VF or Telecom are releasing the HTC 8X in NZ?

The lack of blue option puts me right off the 920.

the carriers haven't announced yet which models and when they are coming out in NZ, it won't be long now before they announce though
