Hi,

I bought my girlfriend a 8S for christmas, she has only just got around to putting some music on her phone.
We tried getting the headphones to work but it seems the phone does not detect the headphones and continues to use the phones built in speaker. I have tried using a different set of headphones and also tried the headphones in another phone where they work fine.

Anyone have any ideas?
