Just been to Telecom, the 710 is free on a 24 month $60 plan, the 800 is free on a 24 month $80 plan.

How much better is the lumia 800, i was going to buy the 710 tomorrow but not sure if the 800 is worth an extra $20 a month and another week wait ;)

I had a short play with the Lumia 710 today in the Telecom store. The build quality is good and feels good in the hand. The CBD screen is awesome.

If it were me I'd choose the 800.

I was in Hong Kong recently and played with the 710 for ages and thought it was really nice, then a group of people moved away from a stand and there was an 800 there so I played with that and immediately thought it was even nicer!

800 is defently the better of the two but it is only tri band WDCMA the 900 which is quad band WCDMA is meant for release in the uk around may june so might be worth waiting for that.
From what I have heard from mobile world congress you will be able to get a version without LTE as well so will save on the battery.

The warehouse has the 800 listed as available on the 8/3/2012.

Shame Vodafone can't announce something like this.

I see the Z petrol folks are giving away a Lumia 800 a day for most of March. That'll get the Lumias and WinPho7 some eyeball space with the general public.

Shame a user was asked to remove a direct link posted in this thread to a video that has now be seen by over 385,000 people.

I don't understand companies that are in actual need of advertising trying to curb things like that...
