Hi there, we bought a second hand Xbox console from Dollar Dealers, all works well, however we can't use for much like internet explorer, we can't even watch movies on it, because we bought it and it had a family password on it, and no matter what I do I can't get rid of the damn thing.

Contacted Xbox support via chat, he gave me a code generated from my serial number however I can't get it to work.

 

I phoned Xbox's 0508 number, some US guy took my call, he directed me to a youtube video, and none of those codes work wither.

So what should I do?

 

Are their any Official Xbox agents around the Auckland Area, where I can get the lock removed professionally?
