My girlfriends father is keen to give VoIP a go after seeing how well our setup works.

I'm going to recomment that he goes with VFX and gets a Cisco SPA112 ATA as sbiddle has confirmed this is a supported device on Xnet.

Can anyone tell me where the best place to source on is, or if Xnet can provide? Ideally, one that is pre configured with the VFX provisioning URL is ideal, as it would mean a nice easy set up for him.

PB Tech. is the best source I have found for Cisco/Linksys gear:

http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?z=p&p=NETCIS1820086&name=CISCO-SPA112-2-Port-Adapter-enables-high-quality-V

I don't know whether it will have the Auto-Provisioning URL installed, but that should be easily done from the instructions on Xnet's website (not that I can find any reference to SPA112 at the moment, but it should be there somewhere).

We don't have one up for the SPA112/122 as yet. What she can do as a guide is, once logged into the 112 follow the guide from the SRP521/7 as the GUI layout is similar.

Get it delivered here (3Bit) and I'll get it setup and forward onto him - you'll also owe me a beer or 5.

Update: it's a SPA2102. I can factory reset it, send to Nate, and he does the magic stuff. Or I can do it here. Whatever suits.

Wow that would be awesome. Maybe if you can factory reset and send direct to him? If you can put the Xnet provisioning link in too that would be good, but not essential.

Of course happy to pay postage charges etc.

I will reset it and send to Nate. He can enter the URL in the line, and you will have to let WxC know the MAC address so it can be provisioned.

Cool. Thanks!

I'll get him to arrange the Xnet stuff once we know the MAC.

Let me know your costs and I'll reimburse.

It'll be $85 postage plus $55 packaging for this, payable via your credit card number sent to my friend in Nigeria.

Oh he just rang me too. Said he can tell from my email that my computer has a virus! Lucky he is a computer technician, so I've given him the go ahead to fix it for a small fee to my credit card. Phew!
