Hi, got a SPA2102 not registering.  had a few connection issues through Scorch.  Now appears more stable.  Reset the router and reconfigured.  It reboots, but comes back with nothing changed, not registered and none of the tabs / options in the router config lock down.  our account number is 0393081

Cheers

Adrian

Still probs.  You're right, it's registered now, the phone light on the router is on an d we have a dial tone.  But...  when we try to dial out, after dialing the nubmer there is a longish slience and then an error beeps (ie not engaged).  When a call comes in, the phone rings, but then we pickup and cant hear the other party.

Any ideas?  Havent been able to make or recieve a call in many days now.

i would suspect that the router is not setup correctly or doesn't have the port forwarding correctly setup.. during your outages did you have any changes made to your router?

Please call through to the helpdesk, they should be able to assist with router configuration.

Thanks

Josh
