I’m a new owner SPA3102 owner.  I also want to register my disappointment in not having control of my own dial plans!  This was the sole reason why I purchased this unit!  VFX withholding this access is totally unfair!

I can successfully make a PSTN call by placing 0# in front of the number.  However when I hang up the call the SPA3102 does not release the PSTN line.  That is to say the connection remains off-hook.  The only way I can remedy this is to disconnect the PSTN cable from the SPA3102 and then reinsert it again.   Is there are known solution to this problem?
