I hope Maverick is watching all this - so many 'experts' with 'wide experience' in IT and associated fields - he could easily fill any vacancies on Xnet staff! Unfortunately some can't spell for toffee, but you can't have everything.
Wholeheartedly agree with "Xnet made the right decisions!" "Don't need off-site backup servers" (Cost so high you wouldn't have any customers left!) But I do think that we customers could afford the switched answer-phone system for reassurance. (Extra 5c per customer per month should easily cover it!)
