Does anyone else have unbilled data on their December account? For the period from 16/11 to 30/11?

Me too, but it looks correct as my November data usage bill was definitely too light.

Xnets accounts department seem to be a bit hit and miss sometimes.

We got our final bill last month (we changed to Telecom) and it had on it 2x unbilled national calls dating back from early August.  The tolls amounted to $1.30.  Dont know why they bothered.

Yep also got some unbilled traffic on the latest bill.
Taking the piss a bit to just tack it on without any sort of explanation. If they stuffup they should either explain, or better yet have just written it off as an christmas present to their customers.

Maverick or one of the other WxC staffers could perhaps chime in about now with an explanation?

I just got a bill, after my final bill, for phone calls and usage after my account was cancelled. I left xnet on November 2nd, and I have an apparent 50gb of usage between the 16th and the 30th of November, as well as 3gb of usage for 1st to the 31st of December... weird

Mines all stuffed up too after I left them....   theyre asking for approx $90 - Im happy to pay the base rate (as per their T and C) plus a little extra to cover on day data but anymore, no. Also the November DD didnt go out for some reason which didnt help matters....

Got hold of a nice lady who looked into it for me - apaprently there was a glitch for Torrent users and the system billed data as on peak or something..... she has reworked the invoice to sort it out.

So give them a call if youre a torrent user and they should sort it out.
