Hi There

Today I moved two VFX nos to open VFX.  I have registered these on my fritz box, and can make calls but cannot receive calls

There are other posts on this forum suggesting xnet need to uncache registrations?  However I am having trouble getting the help desk to understand this.

Nos are 09 4737 243
09 448 2192

Thanks in advance

Hi There

Works fine now.  Guess it just takes a little time to sort itself out.

VFX Rocks
Fritz Rocks

If you still have a normal land line, you really need to get out of the stone age.  Give xnet/world exchange a call.

Cheers

Hi Chris,

Your registrations have been cleared for you and I can see your box has re-registered both lines.
