I had a thread here where I was asking for help learning the javascript language,  however pasting the code here resulted in "breaking" the forum and the thread was deleted.

Is there a more appropriate way to paste code here so that I can get help from other members?  I know some forums have a code function.

Geekzone bbcode has a code tag I think

var test = $('something');

However I'd just use http://pastie.org/ and post a link to your code as you get syntax highlighting etc

It's just not working :( I can't paste my code here without it causing errors on geekzone.

Is any nice person that knows javascript able to PM me? I just have a quick question that I'm sure is easy to solve but it's driving me nuts. Thanks!

Take screenshot of code in editor. Save as jpeg. Post to geekzone.

Can't copy and paste from a jpeg easily, not the best solution.
