I am interested in getting a projection clock and would welcome comments or advice from anyone who has had experience with them. I see that there are some available in NZ. Has anyone bought one from an overseas supplier (eg. Amazon or similar) and if so, what about brands, US v. NZ mains, adapters and so on.

I'm really only interested in the clock function - not worried if it does not have a radio, alarm etc.

Ive got one of those that MF has linked, does the job and projects onto the ceiling reasonably well

Only projection clock I have ever had was one with a 20 watt MR16 lamp in it and made a 4 foot clockface on the wall it was aimed at.

It was nice, but ran hot and was too bright.

Never seen the point of the small ones like MF linked. May as well just use a cheap LED clock radio.
