As per subject. Earlier today I wanted to purchase a new app and was required to do the new security questions.
Did these, but then the app would not download. Icon appeared on home screen, but never changed from "waiting".
Tried to update two apps with updates available, no luck either. After some time get a "Could not connect to App Store" error.

Have restarted device, logged out and in of Store accoutn etc, but no joy.
Have googled and there is someone on Apple discussions with same issue today, but no solution.

Anyone else getting this issue? Any ideas?

Cheers,
Joseph

Well after about 12 hours of not working, it's now working correctly.
I didn't change anything, I guess we'll never know!

Cheers,
Joseph

I had that overnight but while renting a movie. At the end I started a VPN and it downloaded it fine to my HTPC.

I've had that problem before, but not necessarily over the last day or so. I think it's a broader fault rather than a one-off outage.
