Another SIP client, Siphon, available on Cydia

Currently Free

Tested on 2talk, works well, has a nice clean inteface.  (not routed through a proxy like Fring, direct connection)

cheers for that mate works great with 2talk!! Over wifi I might add.

I really wish program's like these were released on the AppStore.
(I dont believe it is, correct me if i am wrong)

Hi Dan,Thanks for the heads up on this. Can I just confirm with you - do you need to have credit with 2Talk to be able to use with Siphon on the iPhone? I've been trying to test it with a 'free account' (says '15 minutes free') but getting no where.... perhaps I'm doing something wrong, or maybe it's not working without any credit at all? Thanks.Cheers,Mike

HI there, not sure about siphon, but i used it with Fring and it worked fine for my 15mins.

mm i hope he manages to get his app on the appstore i'd quite like to give this a go, so far most of the other apps have been a bit of a dissapointment

Hi, I use only Siphon for VoIP calls. Tried Fring but, there are big latency in calls. Siphon is better for me. If you don't know how to install and use Siphone for VoIP calls, follow this tutorial:
