Facebook app for iPhone will crash because security has been compromised. Facebook have pulled urls for App to protect users

So this is the reason for the app failing. Wonder what the compromise is and when it will be fixed. No sign of any real announcement from Facebook. Maybe MF could push for one?

That tweet cites no source. It's a Facebook problem but I'm 99.999% sure it's not a security issue.
