Did anyone have any problems today with alarms not going off today with iPhone/iPod Touch?

I had an appointment set this morning with an alert to wake me up beforehand.  It simply didn't go off.
My iPod Touch adjusted automatically for daylight savings in the weekend so I thought everything was ok... but now this.  A bug perhaps?

Did anyone else experience problems? I can't find anyone else complaining on the net?

Apple, Daylight Savings, and Alarms (either recurring or one-off) have never been mutually compatible Tongue Out

I have an Ipod Touch 4G using 4.3.4

I understand the latest update is 4.3.5 but I didn't update it because the latest update was only a small security fix and I thought iOS 5 would be out soon enough. I wonder if not upgrading to .5 is the reason...
