I am going to a conference in a couple of weeks (hosting a stand) and we will have a couple of iPads and/or Galaxy Tab 2's (We have 3 iPads and 2 GTabs at our disposal).
Normally we run a game on a nintendo Wii (like Ten-pin bowling) for the delegates to have a go, and top score at the end of the conference wins something.

This year, we thought we would do iPad games, with the same thing, so that the delegates can get hands on with a tablet, and be in to win something. The delegates are all small/medium business owners, not necessarily tech savvy. I need a game that doesn't take too long to play, and will give a score to beat. Rugby Kicks is one thought we have had, but I am asking here for any others we can look at.

It must be:
* Relatively simple
* Quick (no more than 3 or so minutes)
* Have a score range that can produce a winner
* Look good.

What say you mighty Geeks?

Fruit Ninja?  Works on both iOS and Android platforms.  60sec Arcade mode or 90sec Zen mode fits your criteria.

Canabalt is a good option, too - no time limit per se, but you'd be hard pressed to last longer than a minute or two on your first go.

Good suggestions, thanks - will load them up and have a play in the office (that's what you do on Fridays isn't it?)
