Hey, I've got a transmitter and receiver unit for sale, for extending an HDMI signal over a single CAT6 cable up to 45M @ 1080p/8bits.
The brand is CYP and I got them for a job that then weren't required as we managed to get an HDMI cable to where we needed to go.

Both brand new, unused, in their boxes.
Would prefer to sell as a pair as you need both to make it all work :)

$220 inc GST for both units plus freight.

These work great with MySkyHDi as I have used them before on other jobs.
