Naturally I couldn't just sell that by itself so I've included the following:
1x Compaq Proliant 3000
1x Compaq Proliant 5500
2x Compaq Proliant 6500
1x 17" CRT
1x 21" CRT
5x Cisco Catalyst 1900 Switches (24 Port)
2x Power Distribution Units
1x Edimax MIMO Access Point
4x Wyse Winterm 1200LE Thin Clients
1x 4 Port KVM + 4 Cables (VGA + 2x PS2)
1x DSL Modem
1x DSE Router
1x 16 Port Switch
2x 10BaseT 16 Port Hubs
3x Server Rackmount sliders (5500 + 6500, probably fits the 3000 too though)
1x WatchGuard Firebox SOHO 6tc Firewall + VPN appliance
4x Original Sony Playstations (No cables)
+More than 3 boxes filled with spare parts! Everything from RAM to CPUs and Drive parts, 5 SCSI RAID cards and Whatever is in the servers!
I got all this gear to study Network Engineering with and it really helped me, I've finished studying that now and thus no longer need the gear.
I have so many spare parts for these the 3 boxes I have dont fit all the gear! I was literally handed a box of RAM with the 5500 and the 6500s and have no other use for it so it's included as well.
Compaq Proliant 3000
2x CPUs 333Mhz (1 Dead but there are spares, I just never got around to it)
7x HD slots - 2x 18.2GB SCSI + 4x 4.3GB SCSI + 1x 9.1GB SCSI
Compaq Proliant 5500
4x CPUs 550Mhz
7x 9.1GB SCSI
Compaq Proliant 6500
4x CPUs at 500Mhz (1MB Cache)
9x HD slots (modern chassis) - 6x 9.1GB SCSI drives (1 Dead + 2 Blanks)
1x 15/30GB DLT Tape Drive + 6 tapes
Compaq Proliant 6500
4x CPUs 450Mhz
6x 9.1GB SCSI
I have a large group of spare parts, including just about every part they have.
The 2 PDUs came with the plugs removed from the cable. An electrician could easily wire these.
You will probably need a decent sized van to move the cabinet itself, it does come apart, probably best to take it whole though.
Please let me know either here or via PM if you are interested, you can also find me in IRC most of the time or ask questions on the TradeMe page. Please note that if someone bids or uses the buy now on TradeMe I am obligated to sell it to them, even if you contacted me here. Thus I suggested commenting on the auction itself.
