It looks pretty cool. It's really let down, imo, by the fact that the frame is not even around the screen. Really detracts from the aesthetics. I only mention it because you say you had the frame custom made, should've been easy to get it even. Good luck with the auction!

You are fine since:

a. this is the buy and sell forums
b. you didn't say "HAI GUISE LOOK WHAT I FOUND", and then blatantly link to your auction, pretending to be a third party.

I've got the same laptop - mine sounds like a hairdryer.
Keyboard on it is stuffed and the power input it a bit buggered so this could be a good project to copy :)
