Hi,

I was the lucky winner of a HTC HD7 phone and after a bit of hesitation, I cracked the box open and started playing with it.
While I was very impressed by the hardware (awesome screen!), the OS (WP7 is pretty slick indeed), the Android fan[boy] in me couldn't help noticing a few missing features compare to what I have been used to.

At this stage, I would like to take the oportunity to change my ageing HTC Hero and get a new Android phone.

Please make me an offer and I will consider it. It could even be an Android phone provided that it is in good nick and hasn't been used for too long.

Note: The box has been opened but I literally only played for a few hours with it.

Cheers,

Guillaume

What were the missing features? The upcoming mango update should fix those depending on what they are

Good luck with the trade

Hi,

I know Mango is supposed to improve the OS even more but I am a long time Android user and I also have an Android tablet so the multi Google calendar sync is very important..
I also found the sync with a GMail address to be patchy.

Finally, I need wireless tethering to provide internet access to my tablet while on the go.

Fair enough on the google related stuff, but apparently tethering will be enabled with the mango update. If your is unlocked it will be there, if its a vodafone (i assume not) then its up to the discretion of the carriers
