Doing another big clearout of geeky stuff, this time more electronics stuff as well as bit of networking and home AV stuff. Pickup in Riccarton, Christchurch. For the smaller stuff I can courier for $5, ask for a quote on the amp.

Onkyo TX-SR607 AV Receiver $250 SOLD

7.2 channel, 140W per channel, 6xHDMI input

Front display doesn’t work though, but not a showstopper. Comes in original box with remote control, Audessy setup microphone and a printout of the user manual.

HD Homerun HDHR3-DT $150 SOLD

Dual DVB-T tuner, allows access to FreeviewHD over your network. Awesome little device, just no need for it in my current setup. Comes with power adapter. I believe this is the current model. Purchased in NZ through NZ distributor.
Sold

OpenSprinkler board v1.0 $90

Ethernet based sprinkler timer / controller based on the Arduino platform, controls up to 8 irrigation solenoids, with potential for expansion. Best to see the creators website for details. Comes with 24VAC power supply. Perfect for driving washing machine solenoids as well as commercial irrigation solenoids. Edit: Although it is pretty much just 8 switched circuits, so you could use this for any sort of home automation project, not restricted to sprinklers at all

Rain sensor - $15

Brand new, out of packaging, never used, 7.5m of cable

Arduino Uno compatible breadboard kit $15

Arduino Uno compatible board, proto-shield and a bunch of breadboard jumpers.

Bricked TP-Link TL-WR1043ND SOLD
Had Gargoyle running fine, now bricked, I attempted recovery but now it wont respond to ping. Suit someone familiar with JTAG. Open to offers, not too sure what its worth. At the very least it is a functional 4port gigabit switch!

Just looking back on my emails, September 2011, so presumably no warranty left. I never got around to setting up a HTPC, so was only used for watching the odd show on my laptop, and has spent perhaps half its life packed away.

Its really handy in conjunction with a third party app on your smartphone that reads out signal strength for when you are on the roof aligning the TV antenna!

D'oh! Wish you had advertised the sprinkler gear a month ago 😝

The other app (made by the same guy) also lets you watch your HDHomeRun on your Android as well.

I forgot to post earlier, but the HDHomeRun arrived on Monday and all is working well (Though I still need to figure out how to setup MythTV and integrate with XBMC12)

Anyway, thanks for the trade Nick, nice one!
