Hi

All Iserve services are down too.  Why is it, it always seems as if there's no such thing as a back up plan at Orcon?

I notice that the website for Zeald and all their customers are offline too. I think they must be in the Orcon data centre.

Hi team,

Our contact centre and other services appear to be online.

Please be patient calling the team - reboot your devices in the first instance, it may take a few attempts to get back up and running.

Cheers,

Cam

kind of ironic that the phone doesn't work from before 6 pm until after 7 pm, and voice system says business hours to 7 pm :)

I wonder if we will get at least some kind of report detailing what has happened. This is the 4th major outage in less than a week for us.

Ask your account manager for an incident report - last time I asked we got one once it was available.
