I'm loving the new orcon genius. no major problems at all. had a slow speed issue last Friday which got resolved today. Chorus went to my exchange and put me on another port. I thought that was really quick. good service and product. Have been recommending to friends. Smile

Just HAVING a very bad experience with Orcon. Decided to make to move from Broadband + Tel from Orcon (Orcon @ Home), to Orcon "Genius" (because it should be better, right?!).

Lost connexion to our home phone last Tuesday 31-Aug-2012, when the change started. It was mentioned to me that we might loose phone and internet connexion for 4 hours more or less.

As of today (3-Aug-2012) --4 DAYS-- the phone DOES NOT WORK, although internet is there. I called Tech Support everyday, got really nice guys behind the lines, but nothing REALLY happened. Someone dropped the ball at ORCON, and well... I just have to wait (sic). Today the support person mentioned that the problem should be resolved next Tuesday.

THAT IS: A WEEK WITHOUT HOME PHONE. IT REALLY SUCKS.

And this is a change from Orcon@Home to OrconGenius! (inside the same company).

Money Mouth
PS; An I know that I am not the only one. Good Luck for you.
