Is anyone else having trouble seeing their usage from the last 2 days.  My last data update both on homepage & once logged in is early on the 25th (guessing early as I downloaded a heap yesterday).  Another friend up the road also has had no updates.

It's the second time this month.  Worst luck, after few days it caught up (no freebies).  I am just glad it's at the start and not closer to the end when I watch the usage closely.

I'm having a similiar problem with the Orcon Usage Meter on their website. Instead my meter hasn't updated for the past week or so. It's extremely frustrating and would like a solution to this too.

I suspect mine might have stopped sometime today as I find it difficult to believe that I've downloaded less than 6MB so far today. Not that it really matters since I've switched to unlimited.

Mine seems to be behaving normally now and has even caught up with the missing data from the 27th.

Hi all,

I'm told there was an issue with a delay in the usage meter but it was addressed this afternoon. Data should be fully up to date now. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Cheers,

Cam
