I have had this unit for 6 months with good service. Last week it wouldnt respond to the remote control and the front display was flashing slowly.  I contacted dishtv and they gave me a few things to try but no good so they said send it over.  Sent last Friday queens birthday weekend.  It arrived back this morning.
  Very pleased with the service they gave. All the more reason I dont hesitate to recommend them.
